    Issued at: 2:00 PM, 22 August 2013 (Thursday)

    Light to moderate rainfall was observed over Bulacan, Pampanga, Tarlac and Rizal for the past 2 hours. With this development, Rainfall Advisory is now terminated over these areas.

    However, isolated light to moderate with occasional heavy rains or thunderstorm is expected over Zambales and Bataan within 3 hours.
