Ever since the gov't practically raised the roads around UST (P Noval, Dapitan, Espana)...

Same problem of my friend who lives nearby, their street (Mayhaligue) was raised so now their house became a catchbasin during strong rains. SAbi ko gibain na nila at gumawa ng building.

kala ko may plano na gawing catch basin yung ilalim nang soccer field nang UST?? dapat gawin na nila yun.. bad trip pag tag ulan talaga.. kawawa yung mga bata..

Yeah, i wonder what happened to this plan...
