    Di na bumabaha sa Dapitan, Recto-Evangelista and Espana-UST ever since tinaas yung kalye. Yung Dapitan section lately lang natapos. Also na ayos din yung drainage sa Mother Ignacia, di na bumabaha...

    4 hours nag-brownout samin kanina. Umikot ako to see what's the cause since sabi ng taga-Meralco wala naman daw scheduled brownout samin, lintek, may tumumba na puno .....

    Sobrang lakas kasi ng hangin.

    UST would be hit particularly hard. Sa La Salle baha na rin yun central plaza eh so I had some friends who slept there. Great thing nakaalis ako ng 4pm. Normal travel time of 1 hour was extended to 2 hours and a half due to some closed roads due to the flooding.

    MANILA, Philippines—Tropical Depression “Juaning” intensifies into Tropical Storm Tuesday morning, Pagasa confirmed on 990AM Radyo Inquirer.

    Classes up to high school, private and public, have been suspended in provinces covering the Ilocos, Central Luzon and Bicol regions. At the NCR, afternoon and evening classes are suspended, DepEd said.

    Signal number 2 have been raised in Albay, Catanduanes and Camarines provinces.

    About 20 flights and Ro-Ro operations going to and from the affected provinces have been cancelled.

    NCR-DepEd announces primary and secondary classes suspended at noon. CHED announces suspension at discretion of the school. Rain seems to be picking-up. Some dams have reportedly opened and released water.
