The T2k TYPHOON SIGNALS update is useful for knowing if your kid will have school... but to know whether to run to the hills in fear, the T2K TYPHOON update is better.

bukas daw bagsak ng ulan sa northern luzon area. maghanda na lang tayo mga ka-tsikot. it never hurts to prepare for typhoons.

Was using the FD and was in manila this whole afternoon. Ohyes, inabutan ko yung start up to the end of the rainfall. Guess what, grabe ang baha ! But since I needed to go home na, wala ako nagawa but to pass through. Found small streets wherein I could go and avoid the floods, pero naiwasan ko nga yung Espana, but yun lang. Everything else was flooded.

Yung way papunta ng Q.Ave sa may E-rod, bahang baha. Mga buong wheel ng isang sedan, may tumirik na nga na vanette e.
