Ok lang ba sa firewall na imbes na waterproofing paint, balutan nalang yero yung buong firewall at pintahan ng waterproofing yung yero? para doble sigurado?

if your problem is water seepage and to add unwanted heat specially if the firewall is on the west side, you can opt for steel brackets/frames where you can fasten the tin roofing material as a heat shield and as a water shield. just make sure that the top has a really good flashing or cap to prevent the water intrusion between the now installed heat shield and the concrete firewall.
