Speaking of banks and their aggressive car loans business, here comes BDO (very annoying I always get these offers frequently) giving me this pre-approved loan (I have accounts with them) last month.
Tara bili na kayo ako ng Land Cruiser 200 or Genesis Coupe na lang kaya or maybe an Audi A4 TDi? ULOL! I might be able to buy one, pero I am not gonna buy one. Siguro yung mga middle managers sa 7/11 kakagat agad!
* of course for privacy reason I erased my address and a portion of my name...

I don't get too impressed anymore with what a person drives (unlike in the 80s and early 90s).

I know someone who drives a nice car but he barely has enough money to buy himself lunch. That's not the way I want to live. Sa bagay kanya kanya yan.
