Sometimes the truth hurts but the governments needs to react better than to ask for apologies. Instead they should do somethings about the things he brought up which are in fact true rather than turning a blind eye to those things. Bakit ayaw ni Pacman sa Olympic-style testing?

The way it was explained to me is that the only difference from regular testing, which will still ask you for blood before the fight, is that Olympic-style tests are random... and unannounced... which means they can take blood at any time. Which means you have no time to flush out the steroids before the test.

It's Pacman's thing if he doesn't want to test, but it's a valid reason to call him out.
