ako nga ilang beses ng napupulitika and napapagchismisan.

^organizational politics is not a uniquely Filipino bad habit or invention. all races and cultures have it. dito sa opisina, all major races, religions, and at least 50 different countries are represented....lahat walang patawad sa chismis o politika.

as part of higher management, I try to avoid office chismis all the time. I don't like to be the subject nor even take part in it. pero, like what others have said, nasasagap mo talaga in one way or another. i've had to keep myself from laughing out loud sometimes when I inadvertedly eavesdrop on some juicy rumors.

*sigh* part of day-to-day office politics na talaga.

sometimes, when the rumor mill in particular centers on chismis related to the office, some of the staff tend look up to me to give an official stand of the office. can't do anything about it but I do have to take a stand and set everything straight.

Natural ang ganyan sa opisina sir. Di talaga maiiwasan ang mag-tsismisan kasi its one way to pass the time.

Ok naman yung ginagawa mo sir, its better to distance yourself from these kinds of folks.
