    hello tsikot golfers!

anyone using 450+ cc (454, 460) head drivers? any comments on it?

planning to get one pero i want to get feedback muna.

also, i heard may mga made in china which go for around 2.5K, san kaya makakabili nito? before kasi buying a branded one i'd like to try it out first kung malaki ang improvement sa distance. lowest-priced one i saw was nike's which sell for 9.5K.

    TIA!

i was able to try the wilson deep red 2 and taylor made r5 demo drivers sa driving range. nakaka-panibago gamitin kc sanay ako dun sa old taylormade 400cc driver ko. there was a considerable improvement sa distance, but what i noticed is that those bigger heads were more forgiving...good for minimizing those hooks/slices.

no idea on the china-made drivers, though. mag-hanap ka na lang ng oks na 2nd-hand branded driver. at least mas sigurado ka sa performance nun.

Thanks for the inputs. Longer tees daw nga ba would be need, more than two inches long?

What I eventually plan to do is use a 460cc head from the tee, tapos pag maganda fairway, take my old big bertha driver.

tama , dapat i test mo muna sa driving range... i remembered my dad bought a calloway s2h2 irons sobrang mura...eh yung pala ang hirap i palo dahil blade type no room for error...

he ended up buying another set of irons this time cavity back.

i used to use a wilson deep red. got it at golf depot at atc. pero affected yung swing ko, resulting in deep slices, up to the point na pati stance ko binabago ko na just to be effective.

went back to my old big bertha, sold my deep red, and the drives went ok.

a tip though: its better to drive off the tee using a 3 wood, than forcing it with a driver..

yup kaso minsan kailangan ng length, which the driver... when swung perfectly will deliver, ako naman ginagawa ko easy swing driver than hard swing 3 wood.
it applies to irons also an easy 5 iron than forcing it with 6 iron.

to tsikot golfers...where to buy 450+ cc driver?
