ako for display purposes lang.. para kung sakali papalit/bebenta ako ng ride ko, maiiwan sa akin yun plate na yun....

kahit plates lang sya, no LTO, pwede lagay sa rear glass or sabit sa labas, not palit sa plate.. ok na ok...

now, kung may handle, malalaman natin kung sinong tsikoteer ang umaabuso sa commemorative plate..

sana qualifications are: tsikoteer, with the # of post, at sa EB/personal na kukunin..

sir ilang post ba required to be a tsikoteer? and where is the official EB place?
