Like most of the competition, of course they will have an app. Im guessing the owner is a co-owner of a bigger filipino website. They probably have an IT group dealing with these many issues.

These acquisitions are bad news. Old owners created tsikot out of their genuine love of cars. New owners just acquire it for the money.

There was a post / article somewhere that the 100M figure is not lump sum and it came with a lot of conditions. If those conditions would not be met, then the value is much lower than 100M.
