Instead of planking, militants do what they call 'noynoying'; they say it demonstrates PNoy's inaction towards oil price hikes.

Okay yan. Lol.

Naalala ko nung nag-aaral pa ako sa state u. i had a number of acquaintances who fancy themselves as leftist militants with ideal minds fighting for a cause- injustice, poverty and the whole nine yards of grave social ills.

Tapos kung titignan mo lifestyle nila, they have the latest gadgets (CPs, laptops, ipods, etc), mahilig sa fine dining sa mamahaling restaurant. and they call themselves people of the masses.

most activists cannot sustain their pagiging activist

    --

when they grow up they'll realize the world doesnt work according to their ideals

if they keep sticking to their ideals they and their families will starve

kaya join the evil system nalang

pag nag trabaho sila sa malaking companies magiging sell-out sila

they'll become part of the system and become exactly what they're protesting against

so they'd rather work for NGOs (which are probably funded by foundations that receive donations from capitalists)

Advisory: those passing EDSA-Trinoma northbound avoid the area. May protest ata yung mga I.S. this evening and maraming pulis with their riot shield in the area. Nag uuzi yung dumadaan hence the traffic...

Funny old lady in red "planking" on the street. If you get rid of the oil companies, who's gonna import your oil? Ignorant simple minded folks.
