Anyone following this? Initial eyewitness reports suggest it was indeed a suicide. As to why he killed himself is still unknown.

Mr. Ferdinand Edwin S. CoSeteng has been a Senior Vice President of First Gen Corporation since March 28, 2012. Mr. CoSeteng serves as the President of First Philippine Industrial Park, Inc. He has been Executive Vice President of First Philippine Holdings Corporation since May 2015 and served as its Senior Vice President from November 2011 to May 2015. He has been a Director of Rockwell Land Corporation since 2013. He served as a Director of Da Vinci Capital Holdings, Inc. from 1993 to December 2012. Mr. CoSeteng is a graduate of Bachelor of Science major in Electrical Engineering from the University of the Philippines and Master in Business Administration degree from Cornell University.

a lot of people nowadays forego impression kasi hindi nila afford, ayaw nila magutom or more specifically ayaw nila maiba ang routine ng buhay nila so they overanalyE everything just to stay safe or stay respectable.

you now what respect is useless if you dont have a colorful life. you go out people know you for your title and that's eat you retreat to your enclave feeling assured that what people know about the safer stays the same,

i think yan ang punot dulo ng depression. so what i woulc suggest is to impress. what is to impress, push others even if that will mean your downfall, kasi naman lagi ikaw na papa push - depress just to protect the illusion na you are already respectable.

to people on the outside they look like they have perfect lives

ganda ng bahay, dami sasakyan, lagi nagta-travel etc

pero kinakain na pala ng stress and depression

madalas nga kung sino ang mukhang successful, sila ang madami stress sa buhay

coz that high paying high power job in a big company comes with high expectations from the boss who's in the Philippines' 50 Richest ng forbes magazine

That's my Mom. She refuses to accept that something is wrong with me.

Nag away sila ng Auntie ko when my Auntie told her she thinks I need to get professional help from my depression.

But I hate how people loosely use the term depression.

Just go have yourself checked without having your mom know. Some older folks think it's a big nono if their kids need to consult a psychiatrist.

There is also the idea that psychiatric treatment is only for the "baliw" (insert Sisa monologue here). In turn, when one seeks psychiatric help, he/she is branded "may sayad".

And honestly, seeing a psychiatrist is generally not affordable for most Filipinos and also not part of most HMO plans.
