alam mo uls kung pano ma beat depression, impression. mag pa impress ka na lang lagi. kahit wala ka pera, mangutang ka, pero for a purpose mag pa impress ka.

a lot of people nowadays forego impression kasi hindi nila afford, ayaw nila magutom or more specifically ayaw nila maiba ang routine ng buhay nila so they overanalyE everything just to stay safe or stay respectable.

you now what respect is useless if you dont have a colorful life. you go out people know you for your title and that's eat you retreat to your enclave feeling assured that what people know about the safer stays the same,

i think yan ang punot dulo ng depression. so what i woulc suggest is to impress. what is to impress, push others even if that will mean your downfall, kasi naman lagi ikaw na papa push - depress just to protect the illusion na you are already respectable.

    consult a psychiatrist.
the money will probably be more productively spent, that way.

treating yourself, and this is what you recommend above... well, we all know what can happen in self-medication...

alam mo ob kung titingnan mo lang ang panlabas na anyo di mo makikita gaano ka-stressed ang tao

to people on the outside they look like they have perfect lives

ganda ng bahay, dami sasakyan, lagi nagta-travel etc

pero kinakain na pala ng stress and depression

madalas nga kung sino ang mukhang successful, sila ang madami stress sa buhay

coz that high paying high power job in a big company comes with high expectations from the boss who's in the Philippines' 50 Richest ng forbes magazine
