    there is no real population planning program.

    tinanggal na nila yang tax incentives sa kids sa Train Law.. wala nang ME1, ME2, ME3, ME4 sa tax status.. ME na lang lahat..

    tax status ME = Married.. dati pag Married ka additional 50T tax exemption plus 25T kada anak, ME1 = married with 1 dependent, ME2 = 2 dependents.. so forth..

    since this year, nung na implement ang TRAIN law, wala na yang additional tax exemptions na yan.. pare pareho na kahit Single or Married..
