I saw this on TV last night. The driver didn't seem to be at fault, and he surrendered right away. The biker was pushed off balance into his lane.

The elliptical road is stupid, ever since they removed the center island, it's nearly impossible to cross (as a pedestrian), and the bike lane is all the way in the center. And since this is now an eight lane road, people swerve all the way to the eigth lane to travel at 40 km/h there, then dive to the right for their turn off at just fifty meters away, crossing the whole road and causing a whole lot of near accidents.

And cyclists and bikers are expected to slalom through eight f***ing lanes of traffic to get to their proper lane? Something's not right with the logic behind this road...
