Mali naman yung ginawa nung BIR agents. Bakit mo babantayan yung clinic, at sabihin mo pa sa may ari ng clinic na babantayan mo sila for x months to see if they're issuing receipts. Katangahan. Obviously, they will go the legal way. Duh. Sino ba naman maglalakas ng loob to not give out receipts when a BIR agent is standing out of your front door, waiting for a patient to go out and ask if he was issued a receipt or not. Kalokohan yan. Hahaha.

Alala ko dun sa isang doctor ko before na hindi covered ng HMO ko, he never issued receipts ... not until I asked for one.
Ewan ko, I think it's automatic for doctors not to give you one unless you ask them? Pero hinahayaan ko nalang sila. Yung mga tax naman natin, sa kagaguhan napupunta eh.
