June 13th, 2008 01:49 AM #1Mga experts.....marunong at magaling kayo tumawad?
Pag clothing sa greenhills/168 tiangge magkano ang tawaran....half the price ba or more pa? (Example: retail price: 500 pesos.....Pwede ba 200-350 ang tawad?)
Pag bicycle store naman magkano din ang tawad.....
and kung meron pa kayo ibang inputs feel free to share......Last edited by suv; June 13th, 2008 at 01:51 AM.

I was at Greenhills Tiangge stalls a few months back. I saw some real cool car shirts, silk screen printed replicas of V-TEC, TRD, RalliArt and some good looking novelties like 'Got Kanin?' cotton shirts.
Selling price was P350 each daw. I said, what if I got 5-6 shirts? They gave it to me for P1,200 for 6 shirts :hihihi:
It took some persuasion though and I noticed that they were having a slow day at that time.
Tsaka mura pa gas nun (January)

I am ok with it. Pero mas effective nga if business is slow if business is brisk mahirap...

" kung tatlo(or more) kunin ko magkano last price mo?... "then pag kunti lang ibabawas nya(20% or below) ay aalis ako then pag binago nya presyo nya say, -more than 20%- ay bibili ako. minsan nga eh halos 30% pa kung "buena mano"

It's definitely easier to haggle during slow days, like days before paydays, some weekday. Kse kapag weekend (especially payday weekend) malakas loob ng mga tindera to let a sale go if you don't meet their price when haggling. Also when haggling, YOU, the buyer, should be the one dictating the price. If they don't give in, take your business somewhere else. Pero syempre, dapat reasonable ang tawad mo depending on the items. Like garments, normally half the price ang mark up dyan; electronics naman, sobrang baba ng mark-up so maliit lang talaga kita sa mga yun.
