    Yong friend namin, inalok ng property. Yong seller since nasa US nag bigay na lang ng SPA (special power of atty) doon sa hipag nya.

    Tanong ng friend namin, pano daw malalaman na hindi fake ang SPA?

    Sir, As par as i know is that ,it should be subscribed by a private lawyer and consular office in america .

    sir redhorse..it happened once to my colleague..very similar..fake na yong spa..iyong husband ng us-based seller umeksena rin dahil ang spa holder kapatid ng seller..magulo as in super gulo talaga..

    hanap nalang ho sya ng ibang property..iyong may-ari kaharap nya talaga..

    pwede naman while under negotiation, yung SPA holder ang kausap mo, then pag contract signing na, sabihin mo gusto mo kaharap ang property owner.

    parang may similarity kasi, Husband ang owner at sya rin seller. Yong may hawak ng SPA yong wife ng kanyang kapatid (deceased, I don't know)..

    broker pa lang kausap nya.
