^as far as I know, eruptions are a natural occurence. Hot magma from the earth’s core expands & every so often, makes it’s way to the surface, known as an eruption. Flash floods & maybe global warming are a direct result of disrespect for mother nature, but not volcanic eruptions.

Besides, in its own bulletins, Phivolcs have reported on both volcanic earthquakes and volcanic tremors. So if it omitted earthquakes in this bulletin, then this only means it wants to tell the general public that it was just tremors, and not earthquakes.

i noticed only now, that the phivolcs building is inside the up diliman campus.
so, does it fall under the up system?
how does it relate to the old geo dept?
