I hear that hyperactive people use pills. these pills my classmates say are similar to liquors that make them calm.

honestly, I am more calm and make more winning decisions when I have drink a few beers. kung normal po kasi eh, I do crap decisions and make decisions by good guy pulse. in the end ako po ang laging talo. I believe...

I refuse to believe I am a hyperactive. but how do you fellow tsikoteer make the best of you in every decision that you make, that only require a few second decisions?

how do you stay calm in any situation?

how do you think and act straight? despite your weaknesses times?

weakness like, you don't want to dissapoint other people...

    what are your techniques?

    hope I am making sense...

If you're hyperactive, go to the gym. Work yourself out. If that doesn't work, do every conceivable house chore you could think of. Do volunteer community work. Me, I help pick up trash by the road every other week.

If you're not a parent, then be one for a short time. Being a parent forces you to grow and make the big decisions. When you make those decisions, make sure it's because it's the right one, not because you want to please people.

parang malabo yata yung thread title ah....

honestly, akala mo lang mas maganda ang decision making mo when intoxicated....mas malakas kasi loob mo eh... :hihihi: but all my worst decisions have been made when drunk...particularly when it comes to women :bwahaha:

as you grow and have more responsibility, you will have to make really big decisions without a lot of time or without all the information you think you need.

    1. realize that you need to make the decision
    2. take deep breath
    3. make the decision
    4. don't look back or have regrets

Dude, u DO sound like u need pills... hehe

    baka may ADHD ka.

    joke.

Just dont try too hard to please other people. U will just end up with multiple voices in ur head. When u listen to all those voices, that's when u end up with crappy decisions.

hehe... medyo malabo nga yung title noh?

I want to clarify the thread title doesn't mean I feel like I'm a victim here. in a world with the law of the Jungle.

wiki says :Hyperactivity can be described as a physical state in which a person is abnormally and easily excitable or exuberant. Strong emotional reactions, impulsive behavior,

my split second decisions kasi are made through emotions.

I hear these people use sedative similar to liquor.

Just dont try too hard to please other people. U will just end up with multiple voices in ur head. When u listen to all those voices, that's when u end up with crappy decisions.
tama po, saktong timing... gusto ko nga itnanong ito sa "talking to yourself" thread. ganyan ako. if I think I made a bad decision or something that I should have not said., may lumalabas na voices sa ulo ko. these voices lets me down... making me feel worst day by day. and day by day, I loss confidence, and day by day I feel I'm becoming a Psychopathic.

your problem is you think too much on everything.

just do something, even the most menial job that you can think of that needs to be done.
and from there, your mind will adjust sa little successes mo to the point that confidence will take over na.

confidence is not a switch that you can turn on/off. kailangan talaga may foundation. bec. if worse comes to worst, you only have your beliefs/convictions/feeling of self-worth to hang on to.

basta pag marami ka nagagawa and you feel na achievements yun kahit hindi sa mata ng iba, do it pa din.

do the voices tell you to :kill: ??

    :hide:

    i'm just kidding around

psychiatric care sometimes gets a bad reputation (di ako sira ulo pare!! hehe), but it may help. you're smart and sane enough to see that there is something that bothers you and prevents you from having a happy and productive life, you may want to see what kind of help a professional can provide.

Maybe what you have is a side effect from HID glare.

    JUST KIDDING bro

In fact, lighten up. For me your condition is normal, just a phase in life that you are going through. No big deal. Why? Because it's all in your head

The beer to you is more psychological than physical, just like what smokers experience. The feeling of being "balanced" when you take these.

Maybe you just need some time off for yourself, find your "Zen" as they say. The mind is a beautiful thing to waste (di ba empy?) so you gotta harness it to your advantage by analyzing yourself over and over until your "dialed-in".

It won't happen overnight but it can be resolved by you and only you

Disappointing other people? You can't please everyone ya know.

psychotheraphists are more like professional advisers. nobody said they were for insane people, well in some cases yes . probably the root of your problem is the socio cultural factors we live by. i mean, we have a very rigid society in which every action we do is monitored by everyone.

sometimes the hardest and harshest decisions are often the best ones even if you get a bad reputations out of it but for sake of what is right and in accordance to your principles. 'they' don't control you, but you do.
Damn, son! Where'd you find this?

Bro, baka naman undiagnosed ADHD ka when you were a child. Seeking professional help will surely help you to be a better person, nothing to be ashamed about it
