Sa sunod, dapat huwag na sana i-announce para di ma TRO. Implement na ng diretso. Last June 30 pa kasi dapat pero "pingbigyan" pa hangang na TRO na tuloy.

August 15th, 2010 07:58 PM #27^ yun mga progressing nearby provinces, i think they are against the TRO, mas gusto nila syempre na tumaas ang mga tollways rates so that people Manila won't invest in the nearby provinces. kasi imagine kung tiga-Manila ka at mag-business ka sa province, ang laki ng expenses by just going back and forth sa expressway daily. eh sino ba mas may malaking capital.
malakas ang progress ngaun with sa mga nearby provinces, imagine in Rizal alone, nagtatayo ang Honda and Hyundai ng mga CASA. that alone explains na may pera to the tune of 100 millions na umiikot na sa provinces. the success of SM Malls in the provinces is the best meter for this. and so, by making the tollways much more expensive, ma-filter mo yun mga small time manila businessmen na mag-venture sa provinces
