    Hindi ko rin maintindihan yan.

    I remember before I said na sa mga ganyang situation it's better to ask for foreign experts with the right tools. Merong tsikoteer dito na nagalit at kaya naman daw ng mga pinoy engineers.

    Kaya sa utak, kaso sa gamit kulang talaga Pinas. Kaso yung mentality na ganyan kasi yung mapagmataas minsan pumapahamak sa atin.

    Japan, US and South Korea are sending help. Japan daw will send an expert. I think what we really need are hardwares and techs to help in clean up.
