College was pretty much 8,400php of regular allowance monthly and 10,000php of special allowance that I need to justify for every expense. As for the special, usually gas allowance was permitted. Far away trips aren't. Clothes... debatable. No parties, no drinks, no dates, no Amazon purchases.. amp. So I usually simply spend it on grocery and books.
