can the DPWH apply this?

not unless!
imagine the face of congressmen! dpwh directors! governor, town mayor, barangay leaders, the NPA collectors!
madami magagalit nyan.. you wouldn't imagine how much money goes around (and changes hand) for DPWH projects.. at kung saan saan nakakaabot ang payola dyan, from the District Engineer, to the mayor, to the congressman, hanggang don sa taas, the actual project ends up with less than 40% of the total amount approved (some even less than 30%).. ganon ka grabe ang sitwasyon dito sa atin..
You can still get kickbacks from the construction part...
Looks like a good idea... would make for much stronger roads... hmmmm....
Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
Maganda yan.
nice innovation! good for motorist, but not for the corrupt politicos![]()
Unless there is a DPWH secretary willing to approve of this or Local Mayor's could produce local ordinances that would require its use.
DPWH corruption would entail that materials and products they use be easily broken/worn out thus they get money(kick-bakcs) on repairing or replacing it.
nice idea. prevention to road cracks.
