    Yung area sa EDSA southbound in-front of VV Soliven Building, abot na daw sa bintana ng bus yung baha.

    That is Annapolis St, corner EDSA (San Juan area na ito?) ... it's beside the Hyundai dealership

    In condos, if the wind is blowing with the rain, the water will seep through the windows. Head ache din even for condo owners. Plus you have to check if your car isn't underwater in the basement parking.
