guys, since there is one thread dwelling on lacoste shirt, it is high time to also discuss other brands...

post the brands you like, you dont like, the bang for bucks thing...

    to start the ball rolling...

jag - used to be my favorite but lately quality is not good. in due time it stretches especially is the waist area.

colors - style not good but it does not stretch

hang ten - imported brand that sells P 600 per piece. not bad...

collezione - good style the fabric not that thick, kita nipplies ko

come to think of it, turn off ako sa mga congressman wearing lacoste since they are not supporting the clothing industry.

as for bench, think the outsource most of the product in china. very deceiving thinking it is made in rp

I'm a very laid back girl and most of my clothes are from A&F and Hollister.

If I have to attend a meeting, I get my stuff from Ann Taylor Loft, BCBG, Bebe & Sweet Pea.

I don't pay full price, shops sell these clothes at a fraction of the MSRP when the style is just about to come out or when they're trying to move the products. I always ask the store manager when they get their new shipment because when they get them, the week old clothes' prices get marked down.

now i like the simple yet elegant designs of GAP...

and the youthfulness of AMERICAN EAGLE.

Hehe, my style too. The wifey loves the dresses salepriced at Loft, but she's been pretty good at finding nice ones at Forever21 and H&M too.

As for me, Banana Republic used to be a staple, I get shirts and jeans from there, and somtimes go to Express Men for affordable slacks that fit nicely. I have occasional splurges at Nordstrom for Juicy and other brands. Lately...well, it pays to have a sister-in-law who designs men's clothes for a living, it's nice to pay a fraction of retail for clothes =)

People are people ba yun. nakabili ata ako isa dun

Last time kasi ung luma kong pants from giordano dinala ko sa alterations plus, masisira na daw.

what do you mean by "sports shirts"? casual short sleeved shirts, with or without collars?

mine are mostly KC or Hugo Boss. i have a lot of those plain cotton/spandex Boss or CK shirts because i use them either as undershirts or on their own as super-comfortable casual wear. oks din yung Under Armour

for jeans...i like the type of jeans that are super soft and comfortable - Diesel, Paper Denims and 7's. i guess those are supposedly "uso" these days, but i care more about the fact that they're comfortable.

i don't get those at retail price either

For work, I like using Marks & Spencer, Arrow or Van Heusen.

Ok mga sport shirts sa Giordano (Dri-Fit) and Bossini, parehong bang for the back.

Pero mga uma kong RL na long back, ganda pa rin ng bagsak kahit mga 5 years old na siya.

For jeans naman, F&H gets my vote.

Lately.. I only buy at MarksNSpencer (for office clothes, ganda din nang mga shirts nila.. meron ngayon yung white with pink stripe.. kaya lang 1,800.. wala sa budget.. tsaka na pag sale, In Style (GAP and Old Navy) - malimit may 50% sale.. pag jeans.. pag sale sa Replay at sa Guess..

Pang everyday clothes ko, Giordano/Bossini/Baleno from HK. Panglabas ko, Lacoste or Nautica.

i go for old navy for its price, plain styling, and fit. i also started exploring usa made clothing and found lucky brand jeans, affliction, and drifter shirts. they cost more than im used to, but i justify it with uniqueness (artwork, not-for-the-masses styling) and quality.

i buy my smart casual clothes here, very ungreenhills

the problem with buwaya, rl, branded shirt greenhills and divisoria carry them, sometimes its hard to recognize a real from a fake.

but patronoze the only the real thing=)

Yep Tyler is good. Have a knit full-zip jacket. Un nga lang dapat once a year ung laundry baka masira sayang hehehe

    Regular shirts- giordano, u2

    Jeans/shorts- levi's, dockers

Old navy ok din, especially their hoodies. Kaso dito sa pinas masyadong madami na ung fake and halos lahat meron. Pati ung gap.
