Not really a restaurant..but HANDS DOWN....the Crepe Stand near the escalator bottom floor. Soooooo goooood!!!! I usually get the Strawberry Crepe. The warmth and heat of the crepe, and the coldness of the icecream creates a perfect ying and yang sensation for the tastebuds! Try nyo! I think 65 pesos ang isa..i forgot the price.
