The last few times i saw him around, he's been wheelchair bound already and he can't even make it to all the mall openings anymore unlike before. I can imagine there may be infighting amongst the once their parents are gone since now pa lang, there are sub groups within the companies that are aligned with different siblings.

henry sy or any of his siblings, chilldrens or relatives won't carry all those loose change in their graveyard magagamit lang nila sa pangpagawa ng mauseleo nila aside from spending sa mga enormous hospital bills for recurring and unknown illnesses called "bad karma"...they've been doing this for many years/decades already w/o us knowing where those centavos will go, speaking of excellent business strategy...face-to-face robbery, hahaha yun nga lang barya sa atin pero pag dumami na milyones na sa kanila

And here's another thing I noticed, SM is SELLING "eco-friendly" bags! With the huge profits they are raking in everyday from store sales to parking fees, they can actually AFFORD to give those bags away for FREE!

So far these banks are kept apart since there is value in maintaining them separately. BdO has been aggressive while Chinabank maintains a conservative stance.

i don't like attacking our tycoons lalo na Henry Sy kasi kahit papano we owe it to him why the Philippines right now is better to live at. pero grabe nga yan eco bags, bakit ba may bayad pa yan? kunsabagay give it for free, and Filipinos will abuse it, hihingi ng hihingi, pano pa maging eco-friendly kung sobrang dami naman i-produce ni SM tapos itatambak lang ng hoarder Filipinos sa bahay

with the parking rates, I like what they're doing with it. dapat nman talaga may bayad ang parking nila to pay for those who roving securities. though they have this waiver na hindi sila accountable for loses, the mere presence of a system in the parking deters theft naman. at saka ok ngaun yun may green light saka red light sa itaas, madali mo mahanap vacant parking space.

sana nga lang wag na sila magpalabas ng ganito like SM baryanihan. Most of the Filipinos are very suspicious, though their intentions are noble, wala eh we Filipinos live in a country where negative media rules. I do hope they reconsider this Baryanihan. tanggalin na lang nila centavos sa prices. sa online selling naman, wala naman centa-centavo na pero online selling is to the tune $49B na umiikot na pera

Some companies i know that supply SM don't really look at their SM sales for profits anymore. Pang economies of scale/volume nalang and to help pay the overhead, while profits would just come from other sales channels.
