    Yung abala and paano papasok container van ko. Sad lang kasi i pay my taxes complete and fully declared.. and this is how our government treat us.

    ^ sir baka pwede mo kausapin yung contractor. im sure pwede naman ilipat yan ng kaunti. explain to them na container vans ang pumapasok sa gate niyo.

    Consult a lawyer sir and do it fast habang di pa nasimulan otherwise you will lose your leverage pag may possession na sila. Important din na may konting expertise/experience yung ma consult na lawyer sa field ng concern niyo dahil pa utakan talaga laban diyan.

    Easy way out......Just erase what ever the contractor markings has laid in front of your property and duplicate the marking ina location you want. hayaan mo silang malito, it sends them a message if ever.

    Sir mukang mahirap ipa adjust ang haligi nila.. Compute na nila yan.. Ang magagawa mo na lang dito e pabayaran mo yung lupa na nakuha sayo and tanong ka kung pwd e ayos yung drive way mo..

    TS sad to say kahit anung gawin mu kahit pa dalhin mu sa court wala kang habul jan w/ regards to the design of the bridge(skyway) location on pier hindi mu nA mapapalitan yan ang gawin mu punta ka sa dpwh central office under legal and ROW division mag inquire ka kung paano ka mag claim sayang naman kung ayaw mu ok lang donation na lang tawag dun jeje

    Kakasuhan ka ng contractor nyan pag gawin mu lapses kasi ng agency yan kung bakit na bid out project e di naman naayos lahat ROW.

    kayang-kaya ng contractor remedyohan yan kung gustuhin nila ... bulok lang yung civil engineer nila kapag sabihin hindi maremedyohan

    Hindi ganun kadali kasi yan. Malaking pera involved sa mga modifications na ganito.

    Na-survey na yung lugar at na-plot na lahat ng paglalagyan ng poste. Most likely, nagsimula na rin ang fabrication ng mga beam, support, trusses and whatnots. Hindi nila basta-basta pwedeng ilipat ang foundation dahil magbabago lahat ng sukat. Parang isang mahabang jigsaw puzzle yan.

    Hassle nga yan ts, nasubukan mo na bang nakipg coordinate sa EEI? Kung di pa naumpisahan ang prefab nila ay pwede pang mare-design yan.

    From gate to the left, property ko yan. Yung may crosswind sa gilid is an illegal settlers also does illegal parking and illegal modification of the road/sidewalk.. na dapat dun ilagay yun pilar. Sa monday ill seek legal advice sa atty ko. Hope they could relocate this damn pilar.

    Take note: skyway3 is a good project ha.. i just dont like the pilar placing.
