Nognog will bring it back in 2016

If pork barrel gets scrapped, we need to be more vigilant than ever.
This huge sum of money will be rechanneled
Will go under a different name or form.
We will still end up robbed persistently but under a different and more hideous scheme.

August 23rd, 2013 02:26 PM #23FOI ang kailangan, barya lang ang PDAF sa budget.
The budget will stay the same and need pa din gamitin ung funds, kung walang FOI pahirapan pa din kung saan dinala ung pondo at kung hindi overprice ung projects.

Line budgeting na gagawin. So at the start of fiscal year...itemized na ng mga gago Kung ano project at magkano allocation.
PDAF kasi or pork barrel. Pinaganda lang na tawag, in layman's term it's a lump sum money that lawmakers get.
Aalisin na yan lump sum na yan.

Magmukmukhang engot ang mga leftists if the demographics of those going are true to what i hear (you're talking of the working lower, middle and upper middle classes here).
My sentiment on abolishing the PDAF, baka palitan lang ng PDAF version 2.0 lang yan so i'd still take it with a grain of salt (lots of it).

Lower tax and let the private sector grow and develop the country. The money stolen could have been used to expand businesses pero wala e.
