Using PLDT mydsl. Nice test links. From the tests I'm getting from 384-577kbps. I was expecting it to be 1Mbps.

pano ka nagreklamo? through letter? by phone? pinagmumura mo ba?

plan 2000 or 2500 ata ako...okay naman connection, walang putol...except nung ninakaw yung pldt cable....hehehe.....tested it kagabi and kanina...got speeds of 475-575 kbps nag 600+ pa ata ako kagabi eh

tawag lang ako nang tawag sa 172...pati yung number na ibinigay ng PLDT agent ko tinatawagan ko rin para mag f-up sa kanya...di ko naman minura at baka lalong di asikasuhin kinulitan ko lang sa pagtawag

I applied for My PLDT DSL 3 months back but they installed Meredian powered Smart wi-fi DSL... It sucks big tym talaga....wlang matinong connection, sa madaling araw meron connection. kakainis talaga!

same problem here. Smart WIFI ko wala sa gabi pero sa araw meron. Ipapaputol ko na nga eh. Even my PLDT WeRoam sucks!!!!

Bad trip mydsl. Lalo na kung plan 999 lang. Nung simula ok. pero pag tagal ayun puro dc na (dc=disconnection). Actually sa bandwidth test, ok yong speed na binibigay nya (around 200 to 500 pa nga e). of course di reliable yon. ang kakainis e pag nag-ping ka, observe mo na madame "request time out". e sandali ka lang ma request time out, lost connection ka na sa online gaming e! kaya ayon, di ko matapos tapos ang game ko. bad trip pa sa akin mga kalaro ko dahil lagi ako disappear. Hayy...

kaya kung para sa online game, maski pa personal or residential lang, huwag nyo kunin ang plan 999 ng pldt myDSL. Magsisisi kayo. :mad:

PS: may lock-in period pa ng 12 months. hay...at yong 172, bagal din action. puro report lang ng report. Lugi talaga.

just checked the speed of myDSL now sa bandwidthplace.com ang result mediocre daw when compared w/ the rest of asia. lumalabas na 168.8 kbps lang. ang layo sa advertised speed naman nila yun. but the good thing though is that i haven't experienced any disconnecton yet here in LPC area. plan 999 nga pala ang sa amin.

buti na lang tinira sila sa philstar ngayon. i hope this forces them to improve their performance

i just checked my speed...6156 kbps download speed and 358 kbps upload speed. not bad at all.

PLDT's myDSL is a shared facility so the bandwidth throughput is on a best effort basis depending on how many subscribers are online. To me it beats dial-up anytime...I sure hope the transpacific link will be finished by 2008 as promised so that internet users in ASEAN will get real fast access to the North American gateway

myDSL plan 3000 rin for the last 4yrs. stable naman barring cable theft.

around 700 kbps in the pasig area. used to be 1.3Mbps till last Nov. when the cables were stolen.

Ako Smart Pldt Wireless Broadband


Last 2 weeks ago, 5 days akong nawalan nang internet, nag-reklamo na ako, they asked me to do this and do that sa command prompt for 30 minutes long tapos wala rin nangyari. Tapos sa huli sasabihin din nila they will be calling their higher technical personell nila then i will be recieving a call, so yun, may mga tumawag pero wala rin nangyari. After those 5 days without internet, GRABE, tsikot na tsikot na ako hehee Sa wakas nagkainternet na rin ako, w8 for 2 days lang yung internet naming yun, then the problem begins another freakin 5 days without internet, i average 4-7 calls sa Pldt, within those weeks without internet. Tapos 2 days ago lang ako nagkainternet, well going strong naman, sana maayos nila yung problemang yun.

2 days after maconnect and pldt dsl ko.... naputol agad, no connection for more than 20 days.... yes more than 20 days.... nakakapanggigil talaga... now ok na... pero maya maya halos nawawala connection .... gggggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr... kainis talaga

Depende yata sa area. Dito sa antipolo ok naman most of the time. Im currently using the 999 package, ok na ok naman. We've got 5 smallBIZlite accounts sa mga cafe, so far bihira naman mag down ang service
