Our streamtech fiber is down since Sunday, called Monday morning and I was able to get hold of CSR just after 4 to 5 repeats of ads while waiting. At least these telcos CSR are improving. Wala na yung tulad noong araw na you have to wait for 30 minutes or more just to talk to a CSR. With pldt and globe you don't even have to call CSR, you can ask for service request at their app.
