    Indeed! It's really painful when we count the tax deductions on bonuses. In some cases it could have covered a great deal of our kid's tuition payments! P.I. kung may 14th month bonus, kulang pa rin ang impact niyan because of the taxes.

    Not really excited because that is already standard for our employees.

    And, if it going to be a legislation,- then our company will just say,- "Well, we are compliant".....

    With my previous job... it was 16 months guaranteed, with tax shields.

    are they trying to "handsomefy" their image, to minimize the scars of the pork barrel scam?

    and is it not true, that foreign manufacturers are already complaining, philippine manufacturing costs are now higher than the competition's?
