    We are lucky enough to receive such kind of incentives regularly. The amount that we receive is based on our performance. There are times that an employee receives as much as x4 of his/her basic.

    Ang alam ko based on 52 week per year ang salary. Dun nakukuha ang daily rate ng employees. If we follow the 20 working days or 4 weeks, hindi na standard salary per month. Dapat hindi buo salary sa Feb. And other months na kulang sa 20 working days.

    Sotto seeks 14th month pay for rank and file


    Under Sotto’s proposal, the 14th month pay should be at least half of the total basic salary earned by the employee within the calendar year.

    It shall include "all remunerations or earning paid by the employer for services rendered but does not include allowances and monetary benefits which are not considered or integrated as part of the regular or basic salary."

    The bill says the 13th month pay shall be paid not later than June 14th, while the 14th month pay shall be paid not later than December 24th of every year.

    Employers and employees, however, can agree on other arrangements for the schedule of those payments, the bill says. – Rappler.com

    Kung 10k a month basic salary:

    10k x 12 = 120k . Tapos half nun is 60k. Or Mali pagkakaintidi ko?

    Bobo talaga si sotto. Di man lang nag impact analysis sa mga sme. Karamihan dyan isang kahig isang tuka din e. Additional burden na naman to.

    Yung bonus ay reward yan sa mga deserving employees. Pag maimplement yan, kahit mga petiks magkaka extra money na. Hay.
