so many people nowadays, doing multi-tasking work not only physically but in their minds, kahit thinking one step ahead, multi-tasking na lang.

so ginagawa ko unahan mo kagad, challenge ko kagad, unahan kagad para magising. something's wrong with the generation now dapat i-self-offense para biglang matuahan but of course, gagalit sila pag ginawa mo tapos post nila social media pag nabwiset sila

tingen ko more of us should assume that role na, offensive manuevers na masyado na lax mga tao, parang di na tao

    Self-offence, offending yourself is fine.

    Offending others, not so.

The OP's proposal is what defines an !-hole. Let's face it, we are not robots. What you just described is human nature. 'Lutang' could also mean he's coping with a personal problem. A feeling of despair or even jubilation is not something that you can just turn off. For as long as he/she is not breaking the law, wag mo na gatungan.

    A similar case....

I remember a tv show on traffic trials in court. Something like your day in court.

Most of the violations we on over speeding.

One of the violators reasoned out in his case that he overtook the car in front of him (driven be an old lady), causing him to over speed to avoid getting into an accident. He described the erratic driving of the old lady, slowing down and speeding up, and moving out of the lane for no apparent reason.

    He was acquitted... 😉
