"badge of shame" hehe.
It means you're on your first year of driving on public roads. a novice driver.
the orange and yellow badge is for drivers aged 70 and over.
はい、若葉と枯葉は正解です。
shoshinsha (初心者) means beginner or a novice.
I call it "badge of shame" because I feel that way every time I get to drive the company car. I've only gotten my Japanese driver's license 5 months ago so I have to stick it on the front and the back.

shouldn't take you too long to figure that out.
