its sad how people die, but yes, its also sad that these drivers gets penalized for something they have no control over.
anyhow, everyday i go home from libis along boni serrano ave, i see a lot of cyclist in between the two opposite lanes and sometimes going on the opposite sides, those who are on the right side of the street have to avoid them from being hit head on...if meron nag crash.i assume police will also file a case again the driver of the car instead of the cylist who in the eyes of the law is counterflowing. hay.. what laws in the philippines.. as they say..only in the philippines

Dito sa Pinas, kahit wala kang kasalanan, SOP magsampa ng reckless chuva.

Tsk tsk tsk. Sana ma-abswelto ang truck driver. I've driven some ten wheeler trucks before and believe me, mahirap ang visibility on both sides, especially if smaller vehicles ang katabi.
Kahit sabihin mong naka-helmet yung victim eh walang ligtas pa rin yun

SOP talaga na kasuhan yung mga driver ng sasakyan na nakabundol. Pag namatay, reckless imprudence resulting to homicide. Pag na-ospital lang, R.I. resulting to serious physical injuries (pero ina-upgrade to homicide, pag namatay eventually yung biktima).
Nonetheless, pag ininquest naman yan, at napatunayan ng fiscal (now known as prosecutor), na hindi nya kasalanan yung aksidente, lusot sya.
