    Ano ata, sa kantang "Pakitong-kitong"

    "Tong. tong, tong, tong..........pakitong-kitong"

Palagay ko sa word ngang Kotong. Pina-ikli lang.
Pero sa sugal, may tong din eh.

Parang sa mah jong yata galing. Wherein the winner of every game gives a portion or percentage, parang "for the boys" or for the upkeep of the place, free food, drinks etc.

According to one government official, " tong " was derived from the Tong Gangs of Hong Kong who, several years ago extorted money from Hong Kong residents and businesses.

aba ok ahh.. kung sakaling matuntun nga ang origin ng word na yan ito ay idagdag ko sa compliation ko.

May thread nga pala ako tungkol sa "origin of a word"

imo. pweding "patong", pweding, short ng colloquial word na "kotong"

mula magkaisip ako nadinig ko na yng "tong" na yan and what i know is it means.. percentage sa napanalunan or kabig sa sugal kagaya ng majong..lol.

Saan nagsimula ang word "Tong" [kickback, kotong?]
