    there was a need to "convince" countries that are inclined to abstain to vote green

    para dumami ang green

    di natin alam ano paraan ung pag convince

    persuasion, arm-twisting...

    Why should the Philippines be afraid of Russia? Its armies are getting "non-clobbered" and "non-massacred" by Ukrainians with old Soviet and new NATO weapons.
