You will discount decent world leaders, mainstream media that have professionally covered world leaders, events, disasters, wars, famines, crisis, etc. Okay.

I agree with you though on one fo your observations...the West definitely wants Russia to be strategically weakened after their foray into Ukraine .... so that Russia is unable to threaten Europe again.

Thats a noble cause.
