    Hi peeps!!! bgo lng ako d2 hehehe ay tanung lng ako.. may alam ba kht cnu d2 kung magkanu ang rent ng pwesto para sa stall sa mall of asia dun sa may aircon balak ko kc magtayo ng potato corner dun e tnx!!!

    medyo mahirap pumasok dyan sa prime SM malls, dapat magtayo ka muna sa mga provincial SM malls like for example, marilao, sta. rosa etc.

    to give you an idea, i'm renting a stall in a mall outside metro manila. actually, 2 units yung occupied ko with an area of 6sqm per stall.. rent ko ngayon ay inaabot ng 18.5k/month per stall, total rent of 37k for 12sqm only..

    since permanent yung pwesto ko, i am required to give 6 months security deposit upon contract signing (2 years contract)..

    how much more pa kaya kung SM mall of asia na yan..

    i don't know kung same din ang policy ng free standing stalls at ng permanent stalls. alam ko ang rental fee is whichever is the higher between the minimum monthly rental and percentage of your sales for the month. so kung malakas ang benta mo for a particular month, mataas din ang rental mo.

    dapat pala nakadeclare sa management kung magkano ang naging income ng month na iyon ..

    kung mataas ang naging kita may percent sila
    at kung mababa aalisin naman kaya sa loob ng mall?

    kung mababa ang sales for the month, yung minimum rental fee naman ang babayaran mo. which is high pa rin.

    and kung mag open ka ng restaurant sa malls, all the basic consumables (lpg, water, ice, etc.) will be supplied by the mall. hindi ka pwede magdala ng sarili.

    iba ang rate ng malalaking tindahan. if i'm not mistaken, 5% ng gross or specified rent whichever is higher.. no need to report coz connected ang cash register mo sa "admin office" plus sila ang magpo-provide ng kahera pero ikaw magpapa-sweldo kaya wala kang lusot..
