Recommended Place for Mini-company Planning Session

my business partner, myself and around 4 more staff will be holding a mini-planning session next next week. this is to communicate the directions that we will be going to by next year as well as some action plans to make these things work.

the planning session will take around 4 hours. wala kasing space sa office for this (sobrang liit ng office namin), so i need some space where we can talk, ,present some strategies na meron privacy and medyo quiet.

any recommended place in makati where some snacks can also be served? magkano kaya budget? i am looking lang at 3-4k lang sana for the place and the snacks.
