    hi peeps,

Long story short, it seems i will be spending a few nights at the office once in a while. For quickies. i wish.

Anyways, i'm thinking about getting an airbed. The one being sold in Ace is a bit pricey, yung air mattress + compressor is around 2.5K na. i don't mind spending for the mattress, but the compressor just puts it over my budget.

Me alternatives ba to the compressor? i don't want to get the handpump, the last thing i want to do in the dead of night is to hand pump an air mattress. i have a spare aquarium airpump but i doubt if that'll do :p

    i've tried HMR already, and....yuck.

    tia

A thickish sleeping bag on carpet? Sumasakit likod ko sa air mattress. And kung nasa edge na ako direcho hulog na. Not conducive to quickies. Hirap bumwelo.

how about hooking the air mattress on your cigarette lighter tire inflator? sana nga lang malapit ang parking mo sa actual office mo. hehehe.

i have the 100 peso SM roll-up picnic mat, office pillows tapos malong/fleece blanket when i need to get a few winks sa workplace ko.

how about a single sized foam mattress of a few inches thick? ... Just roll it up (and packed in a sealed plastic bag) when not used and store it in the office.

Air bed mahirap sa quickie. Just pull on a sofa will be better, sturdier and suites the office well.

    thanks sa mga nagreply...

i already tried those mattresses sold at SM/Ace, sumasakit likod ko kahit carpeted yung office namin. tsaka parang nanunuot yung lamig galing sa sahig.

i've seen sleeping bags combined with "G.I." foam being sold in surplus shops, dunno if they're any better...

btw, i passed by Ace, yung air mattress pala is around Php 750...yung compressor ang pamatay: 1,250
