    no need to register rear-mounted racks like trunk bike racks and tow-hitch mounted ones... I asked the LTO personnel when I had my roof rack registered.

    puwede, dami ko ng nakikitang ganyan dito sa banawe. yung naka picanto nga nagpasadya siya ng parang sa volks. stainless and wood. cute.
    daming nagpapasadya ngayon ng parang basket. kaya lang bakal. bigat.
