:bwahaha: you're so full of **** that it makes me laugh. i've been going to the gym since i was 15, i also do kick boxing. then in college i was a fire fighter volunteer in the states and at high school i was a football player. wala naman nag bago sa mukha ko while going to the gym.

cheekbone look is when you have done that hollow pull sa pisngi at lumalabas ang skull bones mo all around.
weights is the only thing that can do that

I do weights! I spend about 2 hours at the gym and majority of that is spent on weights and just like foresterx, I've been working out, although on and off, since I was 17. Naniniwala ako na nakakabago ng katawan ang workout kasi effective sakin yung cable pushdown pero mukha? Malabo. Nangyari sakin yang hollow cheekbones when I used to starve myself, hindi naman ako maka exercise kasi nanghihina ako. Di maganda yung wala laman mukha, it adds years to your look din.
