I did it once in college My friend asked me to "reserve" the slot and I did it without thinking. Unfortunately another car arrived before my friend and I think the driver got pissed at me. Buti hindi ako inaway. Anyway when my friend arrived, I told her about it and how I am never doing it again.

i will never understand why photographers would shoot gorgeous, ***y, half-naked/naked women in black and white.

As an artist, maybe it does have appeal; for a man(yak) like me, nakakabitin :D

About a year ago, we bought this supposedly "heavy duty" stick mixer, and it worked well up to this morning -- one of the buttons sunk down and wouldn't pulse anymore.

    i opened it up:

The button assembly is basically made of cheap plastic, which is not meant to flex. It's only a matter of time before the other button also gives. It doesn't take an engineer to know this is poor/crappy design.

Quite disappointing, since i encouraged my mother to buy the supposedly better brand, thinking it would last longer. While it's being used almost daily, it's only being used a few minutes at a time

i think the warranty just lapsed last month We'll be sticking with the older brands from this point on.

Just dipped a tea bag for a few minutes, already a fruit fly landed on it. The damn thing doesn't even smell like fruit!

Opened up my wireless mouse just now, found that the bundled batteries had leaked and corroded the terminal -- wala pang 4 months usage. Still working though

Better get some contact cleaner and clean that up. Tuluy-tuloy nang magko-corrode yan unless you clean it regularly.

Corollary to that bro,- the supposed high capacity Eneloop batteries that I am currently using are not high capacity after all... Or, the wireless mouse that I am currently using has degraded in its active and sleep/standby current consumption.

BTT: 3 hours of straight meeting is just too taxing,- and I am practically just one of the passengers in these encounters... Oh well....

Reporters/newspapers tend to take certain liberties when reporting numbers. One news channel reported 427 motorists violated the no window hours dry run this morning, while the other said it was 400.

Even with the business articles. One would report this company's net income reached 1.7B, while another reports 1.6B.

It's not as if you're looking at the sky and trying to describe it in a million shades of gray; figures are figures right?

Firetruck siren has been blaring in the distance for the past 10 minutes, probably stuck in traffic. They might as well go home.

Tuned in to this morning news show...one of the hosts wondered whether typhoon Hato would hit PH next(Hato = Isang)

She further commented that the Galaxy Note 7 was released just a few months ago(actual release was August 2016)

    *sigh*
