Just to be sure when joining raffles locally, look for the fine print "Per DTI-NCR no. xxx Series of 201X." in the ads or poster.

This signifies that the DTI is involved by overseeing the actual drawing of the prize winner and etc..

Think it was Marlboro.

I would have taken up smoking to win that car. As it was, my kainumans smoked so much I just had to ask for the empty packs to join the raffle.

I remember hearing that particular car was put up for sale after the raffle by the winner.
