Innova_Boy, nicolodeon,
Use the PM function to chat with each other. You're cluttering the thread.
herherherer...mga magkababayan pala tayo.tsk.
anyway...lets just give an end to the disrespect/offending/whatever issues.
i have made mistakes in my past gaya nga ng sinasabing "lasing" at paggiging "pakialamero" ko.
pero let's just thank the Lord na ngayon...I AM A CHANGED MAN.(charing!!!)beileve it.i couldve done worst.
hinay hinay lang.nangangati na ang pointer finger ko to click something that i dont wanna click sa admin options.

anyway, dapat naman talaga matinong discussion dito and if may mga links to pr0n sites or other non-GP stuff, mas ok na lang if pm sila. :D
I just dont get how some people seem to rationalize that Tsikot.Com is their own backyard.
First of all, it's not.
Secondly, this is a community. Like I said, every community has rules.
Third, the rules need to be implemented. In comes the Mods and Admins.
Next, Respect for the Moderating Team should be earned? Gimme a break. People who use this cliche as some form of rebellious machismo in this forum should just shut up and go practice their immature theories somewhere else.
Check the history of all the mods and admins here... most of us have been in tsikot since it began and yet people dare say that WE should work to earn THEIR respect?! Dont you kids think it's the other way around?
Your narrow minded egos should process the next statement carefully, thoroughly and permanently....
If YOU want to earn MY respect then RESPECT the rules of TSIKOT.COM!
AND FINALLY...... THE RULES DO GET ENFORCED.
I would gladly sacrifice a few rotten eggs for the benefit of the decent majority. Even if it means an IP ban.
To use a practical analogy, parang bahay or shopping mall 'yan eh. You're free to stay, but if you do anything nasty, you can always be thrown out. Declaring your rights won't work, because you're considered to be in the jurisdiction of private property. You are inside merely out of the graciousness of the owners/hosts, so it's best not to wear out your welcome.

The question now is do all members know the rules and regulations? Maybe not.
Maybe we can forced all new incoming members to browse rules and regulations before they can become a member. Just like downloading software in the net you have to electronically signify your understanding of the contract before you can proceed.
Hindi naman siguro dapat to that extent. Let's leave it to the incoming members to exercise due diligence in browsing for the rules and regulations. Or, as I have seen numerous times, may mga newbies na mahilig mag-start ng thread na 'hi', 'hello'. That would be a good time to welcome the new member, and at the same time, provide him/her with a link to the tsikot.com rules and regulations. Anyway, kung hindi man nila mabasa agad yung rules, andyan naman ang mods and admin para magpaalala.Originally Posted by Field Master
Cooperation na rin siguro ng bawat isa. For example, if anyone feels that a member is misbehaving on the boards, simply notify the mods via PM. Whenever possible, provide evidence of wrongdoing, such as a link to a particular thread where the offense was made. Sila na ang bahala sa kanya. Don't try to confront the erring member yourself. First of all, it's not our job, if we're not mods/admin. Secondly, baka madamay pa tayo sa sanctions na ipapataw.
Same thing din if a member has a problem with a particular moderator i.e. "Pare, hindi ako sang-ayon sa ginawa mo eh..." Idaan na lang sa PM ang personal issues, rather than waste bandwidth arguing in public.
And when in doubt sa rules, again, a moderator is just a PM away.

FM, my stand on this is "Ignorance of the law excuses no one".
Members of the moderating team are not really trigger-happy individuals who treat banning like some sort of contest.
We ensure that each offending member is warned, whether publicly or through PM.
Of course, continuing with said offending practices have to be dealt with appropriately.
i hope this settles everything. and hindi na sana maulit ito. the rules and regulations of tsikot.com is posted at the top of every forum. everybody is requested to read the rules, maiksi lang naman yan. ;)
