Warning to all who have idle lots in Rizal...particularly in Brookside Hills Subdivision. There is a professional squatting syndicate headed by a Mr. Wilfredo Torres. He claims that he owns all idle lots in CALABARZON...as per HUDCC website this guy is charged with large scale estafa and land grabbing in Bulacan and CALABARZON. The subdivisions admin is advising all land owners to fenced their lots...

Kaya kung may empty lot kayo that is not inside an exclusive gated village (like Ayala Heights, Ayala Alabang, Corinthian Gardens and stuff like that) better hire a secu with a loaded shotgun... Should scare away the squatters...

we dealt with these 'professionals' for more than a decade. from death threat to all of us going to America on forced vacation ang na-experience namin. good thing the lot is bought na, we sold cheap sa isang developer para lang mawala sakit ng ulo. pero grabe rtc, court of appeals, supreme court, dept. of justice, pati agrarian reform law di pinalampas, samantalang yun lote is zoned sa mga industrial lots. maghahain yan ng complaint just to get your land. imagine same complaint, same fake land title ang pine-present sa lahat ng judicial level ng govt. their technique is to exhaust you kung hanggang san ka tatagal. it's a good thing our clan is a family of lawyers kaya wa-epek sila.

when finally we won, at nag-demolition job na, take note we had to hire a truckload of soldiers just to defend the machines na mag-demolish, after 2 weeks lang hindi pa nababakuran, andyan na naman sila. kunwari nagbebenta ng fishballs etc. sa sidewalk and then lalaki yun makeshift store nila

grabe yan. kaya ako condo na lang ii-nvestan ko kaysa lote sa future. these people are backed up by people from the Land Titling office as well as yun mga judges. talagang isang malaking sindikato yan

Meron pang naka Escape at bagong Altis.
